Office of the Dean
Faculty Self-Assessment
Calendar Year 2011

In connection with the customary annual review, the Dean traditionally has asked full-time faculty members to report and reflect on their teaching, scholarship and service for the preceding year. I ask each of you to complete this form (and only this form) to guide our individual meetings later this semester.

At the same time, please send an updated copy of your CV in PDF form to the Webmaster, Greg Likens.

Thank you for your cooperation.

— Michelle S. Simon
